1. Acceptance of these terms

Iron Brotherhood (the "App") is provided by Arkyn Holdings ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. The App and its content

The App provides daily Scripture-based devotional content, multi-day Battle Plans, a personal saved library (Arsenal), and a community thread (War Room). Scripture is quoted from the World English Bible (WEB), a public-domain translation. Devotional and teaching content is our original work and is provided for personal encouragement. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or pastoral advice, and is not for emergencies.

4. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content except as allowed by law.

5. Iron Brotherhood Plus (subscriptions)

• Some features require a paid subscription, "Iron Brotherhood Plus," billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown at purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments, refunds, and renewals are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not process or store your payment card details.
• The free Daily Stand remains free.

6. Community rules (War Room)

If you post in the War Room, you agree to keep it encouraging and Scripture-focused, and you will not post content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, profane, deceptive, promotional, or that contains links or others' private information. We use automated filtering and reporting and may remove content or suspend access at our discretion. You are responsible for what you post and grant us a license to display it within the App.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, by notice in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
