Privacy Policy
Effective June 19, 2026
We built Iron Brotherhood to need as little of your personal information as possible. There are no names, no email sign-up, no photos, and no location tracking.
1. What we collect
- An anonymous device identifier and account ID. The App creates an anonymous identity so it can save your progress. It is not tied to your name or email.
- A username (optional). Only if you choose to post in the War Room. Use any name you like; it does not have to identify you.
- Your activity in the App. Daily completions, Battle Plan progress, saved Arsenal items and notes, and War Room posts and reactions, so the App works across your devices.
- Anonymous daily counts. We count how many people opened the daily Stand to show the "men standing with you" number. This is an aggregate count, not a list of people.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe, our payment partner (RevenueCat, with Apple and Google) tells us whether your subscription is active. We do not receive your payment card details.
2. What we do NOT collect
No real name, no email address, no phone number, no precise location, no photos, no contacts, and no advertising trackers.
3. How we use it
To provide the App, save and sync your progress, show the brotherhood count, operate the War Room with basic moderation, process subscriptions, and keep the service secure.
4. Service providers
- Supabase: secure database and anonymous authentication (stores your progress).
- RevenueCat with Apple App Store / Google Play: subscription processing.
- Expo: app delivery and updates.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. Anything you post in the War Room is visible to other subscribers under your chosen username.
6. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while you use the App. You can request deletion of your profile and associated data (progress, Arsenal, War Room posts) by emailing tech@arkynholdings.com, and the App provides a delete-my-data option in Settings. Some records may be retained where required by law or store policy.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Security
Data is protected with industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and database-level access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Your choices
You can stop using the App at any time, choose not to set a username, and request data deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion); contact us to exercise them.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; we will update the effective date above when we do.
